Yoga in the critical days


Critical days are painful for the woman. To remove the discomfort these days, yoga is a wonderful pose, which is called the CAT Baddha Konasana. 
Since this pose is performed lying on your back, it almost does not load you physically, thanks to this you can be in it for a long time. Baddha CAT Konasana relieves stress and is very suitable for relaxation.
Let's begin.
1. Sit down, dilute your knees as much as possible and join the foot.
2. Lie on your back, first building on the forearm, and then completely.
Relax your joints and muscles; try not to push the feet of the trunk.
3. Stretch your arms above your head, do not press down the waist to the floor, but do not bend. Stay in this pose for several minutes. To make it easier to climb, join your knees.
If you lie on the floor stretching you can not, then put back under a folded blanket again.
