Morning Exercises - Physical exercises


A quarter of an hour you will need to in the morning, barely awake, with easy set of physical exercises to shake off sleepiness, lethargy, and quickly, without swinging, involved in the usual rhythm of work. These are simple, well-known to us from childhood physical exercise.
1. Legs apart, hands to shoulders. Raise your hands up, well-stretched - inhale, down to the shoulders - exhale.
2. Feet together, hands in front of chest, fingers linked "to the castle." Clenched fingers, straighten arms to the left, turn to their right hands up. Repeat this exercise in another direction. Breathing is arbitrary.
3. Feet shoulder width apart, hands at sides. Getting a circular motion extending his arms, simultaneously with the force of opening and closing his fingers. Breathing is arbitrary.

4. Heels together, toes apart, his hands freely omitted. The slope of the right and the right hand glides over his hip, his left hand a plant at the head, exhale, and return to the starting position - the breath. Repeat this exercise in another direction.
5. Feet shoulder width apart, hands placed on his chair.
Make circular movements of the lower torso, as if the hoop is rotated - first in one direction, then another. Breathing is arbitrary.
6. Become straight, hands in his chair. Straightened left leg is put aside its maximum height, then do the same exercise for the right leg. Breathing is arbitrary.
7. Sat on the mat, hands behind his back. Alternately raises and lowers the leg straightened, breathing arbitrary.
8. Lay on the mat, arms at your sides. Sit down, helping himself with his hands, and then return to the starting position, breathing arbitrary.
Each exercise should be repeated 8-12 times.
Finish the walking workout, alternating with running in place, the pace gradually slows down, go to step. Now - a cool shower, bathing in a river, pond, or just throwing cold water.
New day you start in a cheerful, serviceable high spirits! Do not be lazy enough to regularly perform this complex exercise, and you forget about its many problems, including the problem of excess weight!
