Yoga to stop smoking and the nervous hunger. Relaxation techniques to deal with change.

Yoga is a discipline not only beneficial for muscles, but also for the overall welfare of the person. Yoga teaches us to maintain the correct body posture, but also to seek the 'inner energy. More than a gymnastics or philosophy, yoga is a way of life. Some engaged in sports, why strengthens and tones muscles, while others like therapy, because it helps to pass back pain. Yoga is useful for relaxing, because it helps to reduce stress.
