The Sanskrit term karma refers not only to the law of cause and effect (although in the west of the most widely known for this aspect), but simply the action. Therefore, in this area can be attributed not only to practice as such, but every act committed in the name of yoga. Thus, karma yoga can be considered the organization of work yoga center, training seminars or writing this article, as well as any other matter directed to the benefit of others and selflessly committed, and not for any personal gain.
