Meditation for inner peace and a clear mind

Meditation is a technique for thousands of years old which aims to increase concentration, self awareness and to better deal with stress. By meditating you will find that you will feel better physically and mentally and you will gain more understanding of others and the world around you. Some people have the idea that meditation is accessible only to highly trained Buddhist monks or masters. But meditation does not so difficult as it seems. The main feature of meditation is in fact the focus on the here and now. Not only when you sit in meditation, but also when you are shopping, reading a book on your work or attention for your children. In meditation, the point is that you focus on what you're doing without you to be distracted by all sorts of thoughts about other things.
