Yoga is good?


Finding all the same among all the literature on this authoritative guide to yoga, we enthusiastically go to practice.
It is often forgotten that these yogis are not too wordy and give us only the basics of yoga, avoiding the hustle and bustle and crowds of students.  Most often, the master of yoga give in their reports only the first steps in yoga and superficial description of the more profound and sophisticated practices.  They are not inclined to paint detailed comments and tell us about the nature of yoga as a whole.
