The yoga of knowledge involves the study of sacred texts, and this process should be not just an intellectual, academic, as is often the case in Sanskrit and Western Orient lists. Knowledge should be seen not only his head, but heart and soul, it must penetrate deep inside, to become a particle nature and practice, thus, spiritually transform it closer to understanding the essence of nature of things. Bhakti Yoga
Any Sanskrit term on closer examination turns out to be not just a separate word, and the whole multi-faceted and multi-valued concept. This is fully valid for the term "Bhakti". It can be interpreted as a love and as unselfish and as a sincere devotion to the Deity or Guru is a teacher. This practice, which includes certain rituals, spiritual songs and much more, allows you to look beyond his own ego and becoming one with the Worship.

Sun Salutation or "Good morning!"
Morning. Shower. Coffee. Cigarette ... Even if instead of coffee do you drink orange juice or green tea, and a very bad habit, like smoking, you are completely characterized, it is still in such regulations about what is missing. And lacking a very important component. Do not want to discover America , but it is not enough morning exercises. People in older age groups, the words "morning exercise" reminiscent of upbeat music on the radio and the words of speaker: "One, two, tilt left, tilt right" and that there is still talked about. Those who are younger, think about the set of exercises, aerobics, dancing or at least in bed ... and you can start them in bed, and continue...
But let's start from the beginning. Having conducted a survey among friend’s ladies of various ages, I found that very few people doing morning exercises. Reasons? Everything was very simple. One lady prevented excess weight and complexity of the exercise (much like the argument that if she will stomp and jump from neighbors plaster from the ceiling). Someone was in the morning too little time and even 15-20 minutes (I'm not talking about a full half-hour charge) - it's too much. Someone is after charging is too overheated, and in this form would not venture out of the house.

New year-2011 Good Morning Yoga
You wake up one morning to an alarm clock, jump, barely pushed his way my eyes and hurry, hurry, hurry? Not surprisingly, the morning you will enjoy as much as the dull, gray autumn with the rain... Many people have spoiled the mood even before they leave the bed - the idea that now need to get up and hurriedly collected, and then dragged through the city to work to meet there, such as gray and disaffected persons who do not contribute good mood. Waking up with that mindset, a "do not want to" leave the bed, it is difficult to maintain their emotional and physical condition are normal.
How to properly greet the morning should learn from the yogis. Want to be alert and cheerful? To use alarm clock an hour earlier and spend the morning as his conduct of yoga - a charge of vivacity all day and health for a lifetime you provided! So what is it - the morning yoga on the system?

Meditation - Meditation on the form
Use of visual consciousness as a means spokoeniya mind technically called a "meditation on form." But do not be afraid of this title. In fact, meditation on the form is very simple. In fact, we unconsciously practice it every day when we look at a computer screen or on a traffic light. When we raise this unconscious process to the level of active consciousness, intentionally directing their attention to a particular object, the mind becomes very calm, open and relaxed.
I was taught to start with a very small facility, located close enough to see it without straining. This may be a colored spot on the floor, a candle flame, picture, and even head of a man sitting in front of you in the audience. Just nice to look at an object that has spiritual significance, often called the pure form. If you are a Buddhist, then such an object could be an image or statue of the Buddha, being a Christian, you can focus on the cross or on the face of a saint. If you belong to some other religious traditions, select the object, which has for you a special sacred significance. When you become accustomed to this practice, it becomes possible to focus even thought-forms - objects that you just extract from the visual memory.

Meditation - Meditation on the pain.
Feeling cold, heat, hunger, overeating, weight, dizziness, migraine, dental pain, nasal congestion, sore throat, pain in the knees or lower back very directly - though not always pleasant - appear awareness.
Because pain and discomfort related to such a direct sense, they are very suitable as sites for meditative concentration.
Most of us feel the pain threatened physical well-being. On the one hand, when we worry or to fixate on the threat, the pain is almost always increased. On the other hand, if we feel pain or discomfort object of meditation, you can use these experiences to enhance the clarity, just watching how the mind deals with different solutions.

Meditation on the physical sensations
If you do all the rules, you can take a previously described seven-position . If you're in a place where to adopt such a posture is not possible, simply straighten your spine and let the rest of the body to relax comfortably. It does not matter, open or closed your eyes during practice. In fact, some people believe that it is easier to keep your eyes closed. (Of course, if you are driving or walking down the street, then I would strongly recommend that you do not close your eyes!)
Let your mind dwell for a moment just as it really is ...
Now slowly move your attention to the forehead ...
Perhaps you feel at this point slight tingling or a sensation of heat. You might even appear itching or pressure. Whatever you feel, just allow yourself to realize it for a minute or two ...
Just heed this ...
Just send your attention to this feeling ...
Then leave your care and allow the mind to stay so, as it is. If your eyes were closed, now they can open.
How does it feel?
