Asanas Yoga and Meditation

All three parts must be practiced simultaneously, as one of the few people which is without the other two. Control of consciousness can not practice without the certain postures of the body and out of breath, and likewise should not think properly, or take any position without the participation of consciousness. Hatha Yoga prescribes exactly how all three parts must be connected together, if you want your development has been continuous and led to greater and greater results. For this reason, the exercises are grouped and each is in accordance with the main effect among these three factors. Our main goal - to send a consciousness equally to all parts of the body or, in other words, animating the body completely. This gives the key to managing lnymi positive and negative energies. Through the exercise we get acquainted with the power of consciousness. We even acquire the ability to generate currents of energy at will and send them anywhere in our body, the simple concentration of thought. Place our consciousness - gray matter - the brain. In this chapter, shall not be considered as internal cells differ from other nerve cells. This is dealt with by other books on medicine.

For us this is essential that through the continuous influence of our "I" brain cells develop into an obedient tool, which they should be. "I" comes into brain cells, master them and turns into obedient tools.

If an act of will, we send our minds to other nerve cells, the latter begin to develop and become carriers of the same mind, as well as highly developed brain cells. What so disturbs me to send his "I" in any part of the body at will, if this part contains the nerve cells with the same properties as the brain?

Countless examples show us that if some of the nerves are destroyed by accident, their important functions take on other's nerves. Adaptability and flexibility shown by the nerves, which often borders on fantasy. Hatha yoga is only uses these soposobnosti nervous system.

Through long practice of consciousness can be developed in each nerve cell to a high degree and make it a conductor currents of higher order. Naturally, this takes time. Anyone who has the gift of concentration, he can achieve those results. As soon as he focuses on the nerve cells of any part of the body, immediately visible corresponding yuschaya reaction. Naturally, this reaction is not so great that a group of nerves, which directed attention, could be used for mental processes. You are satisfied that as a result of referrals to this group of our current, they (nerves) are stimulated and feels a sense of warmth and blood circulation. If, however, we direct our consciousness every day - continuously for several years a group of nerves, the latter start to grow and become able to transmit the highest approval of "I". Thus, step by step we can revive any part of our body and make it conscious. Advanced yogis are able to request to speed up or slow down the digestive processes or activity of the heart. In the world literature we find numerous examples of fakirs, which allowed them to bury the whole week. Was a famous case in which the yogi from a purely scientific purposes comply dangerous experience under strict medical supervision at medfakultete in Madras. He swallowed a huge dose of cyanide (cyanide), and held the poison through the digestive tract without any assimilation of his body. The poison was removed from the body naturally.

The awakening of consciousness, but an enormous responsibility for health, has another great advantage. This helps us ensure that consciousness exists independently of the mind. Consciousness is not the consciousness of the brain, as materialists, we are assured, but is a consequence of "I", which is independent of matter. Yoga exercises lead us to the experience of immortality, because we are acquainted with the owner of the body, higher self, which is a mortal shell.

Most of humanity covered by the conscious or unconscious fear of death. How many healthy people are chronically paralyzed by the thought that lies deep in the mind: "What is the use of all this, if we know the end is destruction - death?". Yoga clears us of this fear.

Those who require proof, I suggest an experiment. For example, if someone can not stand on his head, he can see how other, more powerful, it can perform. Mental exercises, however, occur within the mind (brain) and they can not see. "I" - is invisible, and there is no tool in the world, which would prove his existence. Only to exercise, we can feel the "I" of others. We get to know our own selves, when we develop the consciousness and do our conscious selves. Immortal higher "I" - is invisible to anyone, can be developed internally. Yogi sitting motionless during exercise on the development of higher-order consciousness. If we want to get acquainted with the result, we should try the same thing. Yoga can do a single thing to prove this truth: it shows you the way, for those who do not believe in the fantastic effect of the body, I recommend the following simple experiment.

Stretch your right arm with a clenched fist and his index finger. Now direct attention to the index finger, ie Think with primary focus on the forefinger, with the feeling that you are entering into a point the finger. After a short time you will feel a strong tingling and warmth. Gradually, through the finger will pulsate heat and, if the concentration is strong enough, the heat will rise to the boiling point. Increase not only the flow of heat, but also the circulation of blood and little by little finger turns red. If using a continuous practice you will master control consciousness, you can use it immediately to their advantage. We can prevent a cold in the rain, windy weather concentrating on our feet. Positive energy and heat can be created in this way, and our legs will be prevented from the danger of freezing. Similarly, if the spin is frozen and if the back muscles consciously, we can concentrating on the muscles to develop sufficient energy and avoid pneumonia.

With great satisfaction I have observed that European students are well aware of the benefit of mind control. In many cases, very simple methods they reach full cure colds, circulatory disorders, digestive apparatus, and even partial paralysis. Nerve, which was almost destroyed by the prolonged inflammation, was not able to conduct currents of life, and this part of the body became lifeless m paralyzed. Consciousness, however - the greatest awakens and enlivens force. If our ability to concentrate is strong enough consciousness stops the disease, the nerve restores efficiency and begins recovery.

Anyone who understands the importance of controlled consciousness, understands the importance and benefits of conscious direction of the flow of prana in any part of the body at will. If someone suffers from poor performance of the colon, it focuses on the gut and feels as if he himself had this gut. This in itself is reason enough to direct the flow of blood and cause the intestine to the active movement. This effect increases when the personality is that he has guts and is on the move: everyone who tried at least once, he felt that his body immediately obey and adapts to the image. Those who have not succeeded in controlling consciousness at the first attempt should not be disappointed. Replication gives fruit, and this, in turn, will strengthen the power of desire to move on. There is nothing great pleasure than the victory of the "I" over matter, over the body. Along with the management of consciousness, pranayyama and various asanas are a great help in the awakening of the body. In control the mind control of breathing is very important. During inhalation, we must focus on the storage of prana within the body. When you exhale to think about the fact that we knowingly send a fresh batch in all parts of the body or to the part, which focuses attention in this exercise. Thus, when performing postures Viparita-Karani / posture bent candles / we focus on the thyroid gland. This means that we are sending our "I" in the thyroid in a continuous reflection (thinking) about it and at the same time with each exhale, we send a portion of prana in the thyroid, a kind of "pumping up" its prana. Likewise, we send the Prana to any desired part of the body with the firm intention to strengthen or cure it. Prana going wherever the mind is concentrated. Naturally, our body becomes stronger and will work more intensively in the place where we focus, as it induces a large flow of prana in this part of the body. A scientist holds a consciousness in the brain, a large number of prana going there, the brain develops and increases its effectiveness. Wrestler or boxer constantly focuses, ie Consciousness on the hand grip or power fist.

Muscles develop due to the fact that there is going to Prana.

The world of animals, this term is also applied, respectively, the degree of consciousness of animals. Hare frequently meets with dangers. He therefore listened attentively and navostryaet ears at every noise. As a result, attention is concentrated on the ears, a large flow of prana is going there and, as Prana is build up strength, his ears - hearing damage for millions of years have grown relatively long and become a truly great tool. In developing such rules all life: plants, animals, people. Prana necessarily work there, where she was sent to consciousness. Thus created an elephant's trunk, neck, giraffe, ostrich leg, countless variations of the animal world, as well as people became what they are. Humans, however, has not reached perfection. He still has a lot of opportunity in itself. Prana automatically follow the mind. How much we can achieve by exploiting this natural law, deliberately and systematically training the management of Prana. If we do not know the secrets and laws of our existence, there is always a risk to make mistakes because of ignorance and harm the body. You must therefore know the laws of control Prana and management of our consciousness in the body. Then you get the key to true health and long life.

Anyone who makes a conscious act of breathing and following the passage of air into the lungs, gradually becoming more receptive and capable of learning. Little by little he will be able to feel perfectly current of prana. In other words, he

MEDICAL EFFECTS OF ANCIENT Ahsania

Origin of yoga postures known as asanas, is lost in the misty ancient Indian legend. According to legend, Lord Shiva demonstrated their 64 thousand, as physical exercises necessary for the development of the human body, health and achieving the highest degree of knowledge itself. Of these 84 postures have survived, but their number is used to strengthen and preserve health, amounts to from 20 to 30. Discarding the legendary origin, we know that these asanas were invented, developed and perfected rishami and Maharishi - the great sages of ancient India and ancient yogis of higher order, who were masters and possessors of the most amazing physical and physiological advances. Postures came from the depths of centuries and took real form of mental and so-called "supernatural" science. Posa came through the centuries to form, in which they crystallized. The seventy or even fifty years ago, Western scientists puzzled shrug their shoulders in respect of these series of asanas, considering them as superstition. Today, however, in my experience, most Europeans who are interested in the importance of these postures, especially since, when the modern western medical science demonstrate the effect incubated them with experiments. In addition to postures, which are used primarily for meditation, pranayyamy mudra and postures / exercises to develop perseverance and concentration /, so-called physical postures (asanas) of outstanding benefit to the organism. There are no words are too bold to describe the outstanding supernatural effect of the physical postures on the human body and their role in prevention of vitality and maintain health. Only very recently the Indian Research Institute for Yoga, in cooperation with the competent European physicians were able to open the medical secrets of the ancient asanas. It is well known physiological fact that the health of the human body depends on the state of cells and tissues.

In order to be healthy tissues need:

1. In the regular diet within and proper functioning of the endocrine glands (the endocrine glands).

2. In the rapid and thorough elimination of waste (toxins) from the body.

3. In a healthy and normally functioning nervous system. Thus, it is clear that the digestive system and blood circulation system should be in good condition in order to supply the tissue protein, sugar, fat, salts and other important materials. Let me answer the question how the asanas affect the digestive organs and blood circulation system.

Demonstrate the effect of asanas on the digestive system. Digestive: stomach, small intestine, pancreas, liver, etc. Also contains a cavity of the abdomen, which is supported from below the pelvis and the strong muscles. Nature has taken care to provide these bodies soft and regular massage by the motion of the diaphragm during breathing. This ensures their functioning. In every minute of ingestion do from forty to fifty automatic massage movements, which are invaluable for maintaining health. As we showed in the chapter on controlled breathing, civilized people can not breathe satisfactorily. This means that their breath does not produce enough massage the internal organs (digestive organs), which causes a disturbance of the organs of secretion of gastric juice. The result is a digestive disorder, and often more serious stomach ailment. Exercise in pranayyame itself is not enough for people with irregular breathing and relaxed muscles of the abdomen. Such people should use the asanas in order to fully restore the health of the abdominal cavity. Asanas not only give these bodies a local massage, but also give them the internal exercises; equal efficiency not found in any system of physical education. Is a recognized therapeutic effect of the fact that the muscle can maintain strength and elasticity, only if they are forced to move or resist movement.

Reason Buddhist meditation

INTRODUCTION

It explains the four exercises that motivate religious practice, as well as the quality of the Three Jewels. If you fully understand the meaning of all this, then turn away from the cycle of existence - Samsara, and will seek to liberate, to believe in the law of cause and effect (the law of karma), and either reach Buddhahood in this life, or release from the cycle. In addition, many vzpaschivaya positive qualities, you will thus strengthens the base of the Holy Dharma. So, please, do not simply tries to comprehend all the importance of the angular knowledge of these things, but also seeks to apply the Dharma.

This book is written by me, Kalu Rinpoche (Karma Drubgyud Ten-Jin), for the benefit of those who engage in the practice of Dharma. Ken McLeod of Canada transferred her from Tibetan into English, then Kungo Losang Lhalungpa check and correct the translated manuscript.

Let this work will free many sentient beings from suffering okeana this cycle of existence, even if they reach the Palace of the Buddha.

In the early religious practices taking into account the difficulties of meeting with the necessary conditions and blessings in this life will be anchorage for the mind and allow you to enter into religion. Then, by reflecting on the volatility, you stop being lazy and turn to practice. Belief in the "seed" and the result will be the reason that you give up evil and a hundred-nete hold virtue and act more appropriately and Ac-toyno. And if you understand gopemychnost cycle of existence, samsara, this will lead to a strong change in mipooschuschenii, and you may want to seek only freedom.

First, you should get eight of an enabling environment that does not mean to be born in the eight besppiyutnyh existence: as a resident of hells, prĂȘt (hungry spirit) or animals that are suffering podvepzheny exclusively, in the primitive tribes, to which was then not yet reached Teaching; among long-lived gods, drifting with the stream of their desires as people having the wrong views that do not believe in the law of cause and effect, in the dark days when there is a Buddha, those who can not understand the meaning of the teaching because of a delay in development or defects of speech, hearing or vision.

You must have the blessings of ten, which means that, firstly, to have five blessings that accrue transfers through the self: get a human body, born in Central country, where there is a doctrine, have five senses, not damaged, to be able to rotate the tide of karma and to have confidence in the Three Jewels, and secondly, to have a five-veny blessing that accrues after the other: the emergence of the Buddha, Dharma, learning-tion, stability exercises, there are many people who follow the teachings; favorable circumstances for religions-gioznoy Practice blagodapya ppedannosti and another in dobpote.

However, five blessings received through himself, and five - with the help of others, are ten blessings. Possession of these conditions and eighteen blessings and em-causing human birth.

The difficulty of meeting this is explained in three ways: by considering the reasons, amounts and examples. Karmic reason - the cultivation sovepshenno pure code of ethics. Such people are few. Quantities - while, as the hellish creatures so much as a particle of dust of earth, rushing - as the sand in the Ganges (the holy river in India), animals - like snowflakes, those who gained three highest birth - as the stars at night, those who received precious human birth, with the necessary conditions and blessings, so few, like daytime stars. Sample explained that if the whole world was covered with water, and a wooden hoop was moved to the surface by the wind, and a blind turtle swam to the surface once in a hundred years for the turtles to slip his neck into a hoop, it would be easier than to get a precious human birth.

So, if you have the birth and did not set a goal to strive for freedom and to go so completely free from the suffering of the cycle of existence and reach of the Permanent tranquility status of the Buddha, you are more wasteful than, say, a poor man who has found so many treasures that they could fill the house, but not using them, and thus lose all.

Decide same now potepyat ppivyazannost to any mundane work that is too much activity for the sake of ma-Loy goal, and do not kid yourself and do not pretend that you understand the Dharma, or the fact that you mastep in meditation. Produce nectar exercises from an experienced teacher (or a spiritual friend) and, after fully aware of the importance of the Holy Dharma, never go out of the decision to complete the practice of Dharma through the accumulation of spiritual merit, eliminate mental impurities and, through meditation, transformation of ourselves and achieve spiritual perfection.

Secondly, the reflection on the volatility effect reduces the blind clinging to this life, and for us it is possible vzpaschivat virtue. What is volatility? All the accumulated wealth, pleasure and luxury, in the end, scatter-ing. In the end, all buildings are destroyed. At the end of con-samples, those who have come together - separate. In the end, those who are born - die. Thus, every thing is an inconsistency.

In addition, the external world, which seems such a reliable and stable, unstable, and will be gradually destroyed by fire, water and wind. Force spring earth becomes soft and reddish-brown Vato. Trees and other plants emit shoots and buds. But this - the volatility, as the strength of the summer land of a hundred-novitsya wet and blue-green. In the grass, trees and plants appear leaves and petals. Power of autumn earth is hard and reddish-yellow. In the grass, trees and plants cos-roaring results. Power of the winter the earth is hard and gray. Grass, trees and plants - dry and brittle. The sun and moon rise and sit down, this too - impermanence.

Day - bright and clear, at night - dark and gloomy. In addition, hours and minutes - impermanence, transient, the current moment. Variability in like forever flowing waterfall.

All sentient beings, the inner content of the external world - are impermanent. All those who came before, had died, and all those who come now, die, and all those who come - will die as well. And we do every year, month, day, hour, and mine-one closer to death. Neither courage nor the greatest courage can not ward off death. Neither Fortress nor quick feet do not give us the freedom to escape from it. Wise and eloquent arguments of scientists can not do anything. The brave troops, a sharp weapon, the power and influence, smart plans, health and wealth, a beautiful girl's body - nothing will stop it. When the sun sets behind the mountain, there is no one who could otspochit its arrival, or to apprehend him.

It is impossible in this life and be confident in its duration. Death comes in the womb or at birth, or when people start to crawl or walk, in his youth, or later, in old age: the time of death is not defined. Moreover, these are the causes of death: fire and water, wind and lightning, earthquakes, landslides, falling buildings, weapons, poison, demons, bad food, etc. From which of these causes of death will come - is unknown. This life - like oil lamp in the Quaternary hurricane, bubbles on the water or a drop of dew on a thin blade of grass.

There is no thirst smepti, there is no joy over the arrival of her. It is hateful. For once, it selects the land and house, farm, property and assets, relatives and close friends, father, mother and child, brother and spouse, with your own body, you have to go powerless and alone to the unknown realm of the horrific Bardo ( state between death and Academician). Because without the slightest basis for the exclusion of such care, early or late, laid around, every time you see, hear or think about someone's death, think at this point about himself.

Having a healthy body, good complexion and feeling happy and comfortable, people do not think about death. But when a deadly disease strikes, his bodily strength decreases, and he can not even sit hunched over. A flush of health black-no, and the man looks like a corpse. He is suffering without the possibility of avoiding spikes of pain. Medicine, rituals or ceremonies - none of this is unhelpful and a person is aware that he was dying. His suffering and fear rises, and he As x-CIO in despair because he leaves everything and must go alone. And each time after the food was eaten, and uttered the last words-tion, thought: "That's my nature."

When death comes to man, even one who loved him very much, does not want to keep his body in his more than a day or two, and each feels disgust and looked at him in fear. The porters carry their dead across the threshold and carry away to be buried at the cemetery, cremated, hide in a crevice or give birds or dogs, etc. After this draw the eye does not see him again. Think: "I come to the same end."

At this time the Three Jewels and the Lama - friends who can give a home. Since only virtue and vice are beneficial or harmful, strive for a clean and perfect religious practice!

Since this body is made up of different components: the black and white karma, selections from his father and mother, the four elements of the space-consciousness, etc., and all made up of parts of things are impermanent - and such a body.

In addition to this, the high becomes low, low - high and mighty is poor, poor become rich, the enemies become friends, friends - enemies: all of these changes there is nothing that is not derived from a ppisuschey all natural phenomena of impermanence. So take a more volatile as something immutable, permanent means to stay in the illusion, like a madman.

In this precious human body acquired now, we can express and understand ideas, have a full set of way-tions, to meet the spiritual teachers and friends and to understand the conclusions that led teaching. If it is lost, even after suffering intensely experienced in a long time, such a framework, as the body can not be produced again. So from this moment your life should be like the sun peeps through the clouds. Think entirely on the application of exercise and give a vow to do so vigorously, as you can.

Meditating on such variability leads CL to understand the variability of all composed of parts. In this case, a manifestation of the attachment to this life is reduced, the strength of pollution of the mind (desire, aversion, etc.) is on the wane, the belief in the teachings of increases, and help you in the diligence and hard work. Whoever uses religion of the Buddha, never passtpoennym or tired, and finally realizes the meaning bearest and undying nature of the mind and reaches sovershens-Twa of the Great Symbol (Mahamudra).

Thirdly, think about what it means to be in samsara: if death and impermanence were like fading fire or water evaporation Niya, without you it may be continued, it would be too easy. But the mind, whose nature is hollow and never dies. Connecting mind and body, which comes from a strong clinging to life is illusory, the moment of death-breaking etsya and dissipates. Then again from the various potentials and causes, such as pollution, karma, inclinations, etc., is the birthplace of one of the six realms of Samsara.

Consisting skandhas embodies the essential nature of the cycle of existence - namely, suffering. If there skandhas, there is the potential suffering, which applies to all education and formation. When the potential Nye sorrow or pain, for various reasons, into a feeling of sadness, it is - suffering changes. And suffering, which really tested - is suffering pain. It is impossible to be free from any of these three kinds of suffering.

Types of meditation

Meditation practice is the use of certain techniques or procedures that could lead to a waking man trofotropnoe condition, as described above. Although there are many types of meditation, common to all of its forms is the presence of the stimulus or object, which focuses the meditator. According Narandzhano and Ornstein, this subject is intended to "focus", ie He is in fact an object for concentration.

Meditation techniques can therefore be classified according to the nature of the object of concentration. According to this criterion, there are four types of meditation.

1. Repetition in the mind. In this case, the object for concentration is a mental stimulus. A classic example of mental facility for the confinement of a "mantra". Mantra - a word or phrase repeated again and again, usually to himself. We would include in this category also singing. In the TM technique is also used mantra. This mantra is selected from a number of Sanskrit words. Herbert Bacon used the word "time" ( "one") as a mantra for patients with arterial hypertension. Repeat verse excerpts can also be regarded as a kind of mantra. As the mantra is sometimes used and the text of folk songs.

2. REPETITION physical actions. This object for the concentration associated with focusing attention on any physical action. In ancient yoga (Hindu) way of meditation focuses on recurrent respiratory movements. Various forms of respiratory control counting breaths (called pranayama) form the basis of a form of Hatha yoga. The general public is better known for another version of Hatha yoga that uses various postures (called asanas). Some peoples of the East used in the practice of lengthy choral dances with repetitive movements. Ancient Artists of the dance were called "dancing dervishes. Finally, the proliferation of jogging in the United States gave impetus to the study of this activity. One of the effects reported by some of these runners are experiencing, such as meditative. The reason for this may be set during run regular breathing or the monotonous sound of the feet touch the ground.

3. FOCUSING ON THE PROBLEM. This object for concentration is an attempt to solve the problem, including the paradoxical components. Classic example is dzenovskie "koan." In this case, a paradoxical thought given to the type of task. One of the most famous koan is this: "As sound of one hand clapping?"

4. VISUAL CONCENTRATION. Here the object is to concentrate the visual image. It may be painting, candle flame, a leaf tree, rousing relaxing scene or something else. "Mandala" - a geometric figure, a square inside a circle, symbolizing the unity of man and the universe. In Eastern cultures, it is often used for visual concentration.

Meditation in a lotus position - in Padmasana

The following material on posture, called "Padmasana", which translates as "lotus pose". This position someone may seem painful, but someone easy. Everything depends on the individual contaminants. However, long Padmasana hard, probably for all those who did not set out to long it stays.

So why should we sit in the lotus position, prognuv waist, while straight as a pole, like keeping the Earth's head? The fact that such a posture raises the energy from Muladhara Chakra to the Sahasrara. And if at that moment, when the energy rises from Muladary towards the Sahasrara, the body is curved, the energy stops. Then to make grander experience of these impassable places. In fact, in order to achieve liberation, it is necessary to test the experience of Sahasrara - a chakra. Therefore, if the experience of the chakras located on the way to her no, it does not prevent the attainment of liberation. More important point is the rapid concentration of energy in this state Sahasrara Chakra, and Padmasana (lotus pose) will help you to quickly raise the energy. So sit in the lotus position, arch the back, to be able to quickly raise the energy.

Being in the lotus position, you can control the Apana-vayu. In addition, this posture helps control Nadi (energy channels), downward and lead to Hell. In this pose hurts to sit, because hamper blood. However, it is controlled and Prana (chi, enrgiya). That is, going down Qi, may be reduced, and going up energy - increased.

To ensure that your meditation has become a truly great, you must learn to control these two points. For the practitioner, whose actions are directed towards liberation, the best practice in order to come to its perfection, is the Lotus Pose, and the need to bend back, to raise the energy to the Sahasrara, the ability to maintain concentration and meditation to continue as long as possible. It is best if you can meditate continuously for five or seven consecutive days.

The purpose of meditation is the knowledge of its own real ego, its own essence. Meditation is like diving into the water. No matter how many times or served short meditation, not attain essence of the soul, but will be able to learn well its superficial location. Through the implementation of multiple deep meditation will be able to go deep, you'll start to understand its own essence. Then, if you will perform the longest meditation, the goal is reached.

Sit in a rigorous position, do so that the energy did not fall down, raise the energy up, straighten your back as a string, sitting so that energy is immediately raised to Sahasrara. This can be called the most efficient posture for sitting.

You must have the following experience. If you eat a lot, it increases sexual desire. If you eat a little sexual desire waning. Or, if not stop wasting the sexual energy, you want her to spend. Here is one and the same theory. That is, if you eat a lot, gradually begin to use the lower Vayu: Samana vayu, Apana-vayu. When you spend the sexual energy, you begin to use the lower Vayu in the same manner. Therefore, if you can not control these Vayu, the energy begins to fall. Thanks to the smooth implementation of this posture, you increase the speed of their movement and to liberation.

Meditation: The four immeasurable states of mind

The four immeasurable states of mind - is the foundation, means and purpose of practice. Holy Love, Compassion Holy, Holy Holy Soradovanie and Indifference (Nezahvatyvaemost) - that's four great states of consciousness, which must develop each practice.
Practice Four immense states can get rid of anger and hatred. It makes the soul nice and spacious. This practice helps to overcome the karma at the expense of concentrating on himself and overcome the mindset of self-preservation.

Sacred Love
Usually, the word "love" people mean sensual love. Sensual love - is a worldly desire, the cause of suffering. Often these words denote affection for man, the desire for material happiness, and so on. The basis of such passions and hopes most is the expectation of reward.
Unlike conventional holy love does not involve any remuneration. Holy Love - the desire for spiritual growth to every living creature, that desire to have all your neighbors, acquaintances, friends and relatives met with the Dharma, to practice it, and cleared through it his body, speech and thought and reached the upper worlds.
Most people like myself. Developing Holy Love, the practitioner stands on the path to realize the unity of self and others. In Christianity, holy love is expressed, in particular, the words "Love your neighbor as yourself".

Meditation Sacred Love
Relax, close your eyes and representing a person familiar to you people, I wish each of them a little to rise above their current status. Try not to let this spirit fuse your soul.
Think with love for all living beings, wished they were really happy to have found true comfort, true freedom and true joy.
To nurture the desire that the people around you to nurture the virtues, reassuring consciousness, engaged in other practices of the soul. Rejoice with all your heart, when someone is engaged them.

Holy Compassion
Holy Compassion - is, first, the movement of the soul against evil actions of others, which most often occur because of ignorance of the truth. It has something in common with sadness. When someone does something bad - it does not matter to you or not, you sympathize with this man, sorry about it. People who commit evil deeds, are worthy of compassion, because due to their harmful desires they create a reason for their unhappiness, "digging a deeper hole."
Man having a holy compassion, not only compassion, but also commits acts (at least of ideas) to eliminate the causes of suffering.
Some souls have to be reborn in a higher world, come to Earth to preach the truth, it was out of compassion for living beings in this world.

Holy Compassion Meditation
Imagine everyone of those people you know from those you would be willing to change their current way of life that is out of the vicious circle of accumulating bad karma and suffering caused by it is. Thinking this way, remember those around you, one after another, do a meditation of Compassion.

Holy Soradovanie
Third of immeasurable states - Holy Soradovanie.
Holy Soradovanie (or Holy Praise) - this sense, the opposite of envy towards opponents, their praise from the heart. Being engaged in this practice, we gradually acquire the positive qualities possessed by rivals. Suppose that someone has gained a lot of merit, and you do not have the possibility to accumulate. Then you with all my heart begin to praise the actions of this man. Thanks to the work of the soul, praise him practice the accumulation of great merit, in your heart there is a desire to repeat his actions and, ultimately, you can make the practice of accumulating merit, became the object of your praise. Thus, praise can help to increase the maturation of the soul and intellect and wisdom of man.
Envy and jealousy lead to the opposite result. They not only produce work of consciousness, harming the other, but also greatly hamper the development of his intellect and wisdom.

Meditation Holy Soradovaniya
Remember the people who at least in something greater than you and try to nurture the joy in relation to their positive qualities. Praise them with all my heart.

Holy Indifference (Nezahvatyvaemost)
And, finally, the fourth of immense states - Holy Indifference. Being there, you do not pay attention to the manifestation of karma, that is, inevitably returning the results of your past actions.
Prior to our spiritual practice we have accumulated countless bad karma. Therefore, it would be a lot of good karma we may have accumulated doing spiritual practice, no matter how refined the practice of calming the mind or any other practices, by the great law of the universe, the time will come when we will have to "pay" for the perfect us in the past. Holy indifference means indifference to the practice of such return of karma.
In order to avoid the suffering that accompany the return of bad karma, we often have to accumulate new bad karma. Thus we find ourselves in a vicious circle from which it is impossible to escape.
However, if the practitioner is not paying any attention to the suffering caused by its past bad karma, will continue to accumulate virtuous karma of her own body, speech and thoughts, be sure to come a point when all the bad karma will be washed, and captured five savings, ie the from which he is, will be cleansed and become divine through the accumulated virtues.
Nezahvatyvaemost - an extension of the practice of patience. Patience - is the practice of resistance in relation to all kinds of money-his own bad karma (to unpleasant events experienced by you). In contrast Nezahvatyvaemost implies that one should not oppose themselves to any trouble, do not even have the patience for them.
So, think about the various money-karma is happening to you before, repent, if you have hatred for those who have washed your karma, and start meditation Nezahvatyvaemosti.

Meditation Holy Indifference
In the process of meditation, think about the various bad acts committed prior to now by other people against you. Consider these actions are not as bad deeds, as well as washed karma, an opportunity for spiritual growth. Think about these actions, with gratitude in my heart.

Mechanisms of action of meditation

Some of the earliest written sources on meditation, go back to the old Indian customs and belong to approximately 1500 BC These sources include religious scriptures known as the Vedas, which address the meditative traditions of ancient India.

In the sixth century BC began the development of various forms of meditation - Taoist examination in China, Buddhist in India, even the Greeks were engaged in meditation.

The first Christians began to use meditation, were hermits who lived in the Egyptian deserts in the fourth century AD. Their practice of meditation in their own terms, reminiscent of traditional Hindu and Buddhist meditation.

At 11 and 12 centuries AD dzenovskaya form of meditation called "Dzadziev", spread to Japan.

Mechanisms of action of meditation

Nobody knows exactly how the act meditation techniques. Nevertheless, enough understanding of this problem was achieved by examining the overall level inherent to all forms of meditation - an object designed for concentration. Such incentives, designed to focus, apparently, is a fundamental characteristic of the meditative process.

The role of the object for the concentration is, apparently, is to enable intuitive, neegotsentricheskomu type of thinking (which is correlated with activity neokorteksta right hemisphere) to occupy a dominant place in the mind - a place that usually takes an analytical ego-centric type of thinking (associated with the activity of the left hemisphere). Object provides for the concentration, obviously, the possibility of such a shift by the monopolization of neural activity of the left hemisphere, which allows the right hemisphere to become dominant. Object for concentration can monopolize the activity of the left hemisphere, involving him in any monotonous activities (eg focus on a mantra, breath, or at certain positions). In addition, the object of concentration can lead to a state of congestion and frustration of the left hemisphere. This occurs when the meditator reflects on the seemingly paradoxical problem (as in Zen), or when he is engaged in intense physical activity, as it is practiced Sufi ( "dancing dervishes"), followers of Tantrism, or perhaps the American jogging enthusiast.

When an object for concentration is used effectively, the nature of information processing by the brain is changed. "When the rational (analytical) mind calms down, intuitive way leads to an exceptional knowledge. This knowledge is the goal of all meditation techniques practiced by their followers.

This state of "exceptional knowledge" referred to in different ways. In the East it is called "nirvana" or "satori". Loosely translated these words sound like "enlightenment." You can translate them as "true consciousness" or "awareness of Being." In former times, those few people in the West who were familiar with this condition, called him "superconscious", or "cosmic consciousness".

More modern studies include attempts to study the neurophysiology at the superconscious state. While the results of the neurophysiological studies are not completely defined. These earlier works is in favor of the fact that in a state of super-consciousness on the electroencephalogram decreases the frequency of waves with a simultaneous increase in their amplitude. Recent neyrofiziolo-logical studies suggest meditation process, as already mentioned, the transition with meditation, the dominant role of the left cerebral hemisphere to the right. In the final analysis, we may find that this condition is the result of reduction in activity of the neocortex in a dominant right hemisphere.

It is important to emphasize that meditation and the attainment of super-consciousness are not always the same!

The patient must understand that meditation is a process or set of techniques that are used by the meditator to achieve the desired goal - the superconscious state.

Therapeutic criteria superconscious state

As mentioned recently, the peculiar condition superconscious "exceptional knowledge" is a desirable goal for dealing in any type of meditation. However, as a clinician and patient must understand that one can never be sure of achieving this state and that it is not every time is reached, even a man with extensive experience in meditation. Therefore the question arises: if the meditator can not attain the superconscious state, is not the time devoted to meditation practice, expended in vain? The answer to this question is only one - no! Positive therapeutic effect can be obtained without reaching a final state of the superconscious. The basis for this assertion is the existence of several "therapeutic criteria of" inherent in the process of meditation and pointing to the approach to the superconscious state. Although Shapiro considers the five stages of meditation, namely:
1) shortness of breath,
2) confused thinking,
3) relaxation,
4) a detached observation and
5) a higher state of consciousness - we would like to expand the idea of the stages observed in the meditation process.

The first and most fundamental stage refers to the fact the beginning of meditation practice. Even the ancient Hindu scriptures dzenovskie devoted to meditation, indicate that much more important attempt to achieve, superconscious state, than its actual achievement. For the clinician, who lives in the twentieth century, it should be clear that the patient, spending time on meditation, thus making a conscious effort to improve their health. This position is, by definition, the opposite of a behavioral style, which leads the patient to excessive stress. Similarly, underlining the importance of the act of meditation, but did not reach a state of the superconscious can lift the patient's most competitive, success-oriented component of this process.

The second milestone on the path to the superconscious is the emergence of a more pronounced relaxation. At this stage the patient is alone in his trofotropnoe state of relaxation. It represents the waking state, characterized gipometabolicheskim functioning of the organism, as described in the literature. This state has a therapeutic effect due to the fact that:
1) the body reaches a state close to sleep on their reduction potential, or exceeds it;
2) reduced effective Proprioceptive impulses caused ergotropnoy stimulation.

The third milestone on the path to the superconscious is a detached observation. In the Indian sacred books is described as a state in which the meditator observing his environment, is "resting in his audience. The condition is an impersonal passive state of observation, in which the meditator simply "coexist" with the environment, and not opposed to it, trying to subdue. This nonanalytic, intuitive state. A similar feeling experienced by many, is the "road hypnosis". This condition is often experienced drivers in repetitive high-speed highways. At some point, they notice that they are at a fork 6, and the next moment - already at a fork 16, although I do not remember the 10 intermediate junctions. Many call this "waking dream". It is important to note that the driver is not completely lost the ability to drive and this condition is not a dream. If there is a critical situation, the driver can respond to it appropriately. The clinician, therefore, must explain what the state is neither lethargic nor entirely passive (which is a major concern of many patients).

Last stage of meditative experience, is "a state of super-consciousness. This condition, apparently, includes all previous states, differing, however, a greater intensity of experience. Davidson describes his nature as follows:
1. Good mood (calmness, peacefulness).
2. The feeling of unity with the environment: what the ancients called Union of the microcosm (man) with the macrocosm (universe).
3. Nontransferability sensations.
4. Changing the space-time relations.
5. Heightened perception of reality and meaning of the surrounding.
6. The paradox, ie acceptance of things that seem paradoxical to ordinary consciousness.

Because the clinician will be bombarded with questions about the nature of meditative experience of the patient, we have to better understand the place all the typical experience along the continuum

This continuum of meditation experience is not the nature of the gradual move from one discrete state to another. Meditating can jump from any state to any other and back. On the other hand, the experience of each state may vary in degree of depth. Note that the boredom and distracting thoughts often precede a more positive effects. The clinician should explain to the patient that it is quite natural and that they should be patient in such cases and simply shift the attention back to the object of concentration.

Meditator must be weaned from the evaluation meditation sessions, since this approach introduces the paradigm of success - failure. Is simply useful patient descriptive stories about his experiences in order to be able to monitor his activity in the period between two and three weeks. The patient can keep a diary, if only it is descriptive rather than evaluative

PREPARATION FOR WORK

In addition to general precautions when using relaxation, discussed in the previous chapter, you need the following:

1. Determine whether the patient has any contraindications to the use of meditation. For example, if effective psychosis or psychosis with ideatornymi ill patient's condition may worsen as a result of the use of meditation. The clinician should also pay particular attention to patients, tend to have non-psychotic fantasy, peculiar, for example, schizoid type personalities. It should be noted that some individuals with behavioral type A and impulsivity, apparently, difficult to learn relaxation, compared with less impulsive individuals. Boredom and prevent them from distracting thoughts to meditate.

2. Ask the patient about whether he had any knowledge or experience about meditation. Should pay particular attention to any mention of worship or religious aspects of meditation. These misconceptions about meditation often concerned patients. Some people think that meditation is a blasphemous act.

3. Writing the patient a general idea of meditation.

4. Tell the patient about the proper environment for meditation. The required information is presented in the next section.

COMPONENTS OF MEDITATION

In his book "The Relaxation Response, Benson describes the four components that contribute to successful meditation:
1. Quiet surrounding.
2. Devices, facilitates concentration.
3. Passive installation.
4. Comfortable posture.

Our own research and clinical experience in general agreement with these provisions, but we would like to extend some of Benson.

The first condition, which we recommend - a calm environment. Quiet surroundings - is the absence of external stimuli that could interfere with the process of meditation. Many patients will be assured that such a place can not be found. If so, you need to show some ingenuity. Patient may use any music or simulated records for "mask" distractions. In our laboratory experiments, we found that the smooth hum of a fan or air conditioner is an effective masking noise. A smooth sound of low or moderate intensity can indeed have a relaxing effect. If not, the patient can blindfold and (or) use ear plugs to reduce the level of external stimulation.

The second condition (in the case of physically passive meditation) is a convenient posture. Muscle tension can interfere with the process of meditation. At the beginning of training the patient should be in a position where most of the weight of his body is mounted. An important exception is the head and neck. If you keep your back erect, and head and neck without support, it supports muscle tension, sufficient to prevent the patient falling asleep. If the patient still asleep during meditation, you should use a pose that requires greater muscle tension.

The third condition is the existence of the object of concentration. This component is a link between all forms of meditation (even physically active methods), as mentioned above. Device for concentration, apparently, allows the brain to change their usual way of functioning.

The fourth condition is the passive installation. This installation of some people called "passive will" or "passive attention". Benson argues that such "passive setting is perhaps the most important element."

With this setup, the patient "can" be meditative process, rather than seek to control it. According to the wording Grinslena, "The patient can begin to win, only stopping its resistance and allowing the process to evolve ...."

If the patient is unable to accept this setting, it will ask such questions: "Did I do it?" - Typically indicates concern about the external execution meditation. "How long will it take?" - Said usually of concern regarding time. "What is a good indicator of development?" - Usually shows the patient's focus on external results, rather than the process itself. "Should I try to remember all that I feel?" - Usually refers to overly analytical approach. The more the patient is reflecting on such issues, the less successful is his work. Distracting thoughts are perfectly normal part of meditation process, and their appearance should be expected. However, the adoption of passive unit will allow the patient to recognize distracting thoughts and simply return the attention to the object of concentration. Excellent description of passive installation can be found in the work of Eric Peper.

The fifth and last condition that we raise is psychophysiological responsiveness of the environment. By this we mean a number of internal psycho-physiological conditions, the presence of which enables the patient to meditate. We noted, for example, that attempts to meditation in patients with high levels of psycho-physiological arousal are very inefficient. Therefore, we felt it necessary to teach patients lead a more "receptive state of" meditation (this applies also for bio-feedback, hypnosis, and the method addressed to the imagination). To achieve this condition the patient can use several methods of neuromuscular relaxation to reduce excess muscle tension. We also recommended that patients take a hot bath before meditation. In some cases, patients have reported achieving good success in meditation, when they meditated, sitting in a hot tub. We found that few have mentioned the condition of psycho-physiological susceptibility is a critical variable in our own clinical work. Therefore, we extend meditative continuum to include this option.

Using the concentration on the breath

SAMPLE PROTOCOL

Below is a sample protocol for physically passive form of meditation using a mantra.

Examine it, noting in the margin, what changes would you make it to accommodate your needs.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

The purpose of these instructions is to familiarize you with the use of meditation to reduce stress in your life. These instructions include a general introduction and specific guidance on the use of four techniques of meditation, from which you can choose the most suitable for you. Later, you might want to make partial changes in methodology, in accordance with the situation or your personal inclinations, but at the initial stage of training, you must perform all the exercises exactly as instructed. When you select one of the meditative techniques, use it in accordance with the instructions and within 10-15 minutes (without interruption) once or twice a day.

Some people, unfamiliar with the nature and origin of meditation, meditation and confuse the concrete forms of its use. These are ways of meditation are a combination of technique, borrowed from the ancient oriental philosophy, with modern and reduce the stress relaxation techniques. Although some of these methods used in specific religions, the claim that meditation is a religious custom, equivalent to saying that wine is a religious way only because of the fact that in many religions, it is used for ceremonies. Meditation - is a way of calming the mind, which is, of course, a prerequisite for reducing anxiety and stress.

As already mentioned, the calm of the understanding itself is the ultimate goal. How you use this precious art, depends, of course, only from you.

Theoretical and practical foundations of meditation is often misunderstood, as easy to define the concept of meditation. Meditation - is not a physiological condition. It is also not some special psychological state. This is not a religion. In this context, meditation is understood rather as a certain method. It is so basic in nature, that occurs in all ages, all cultures, races, religions and ideologies. Physiological, psychological and philosophical goals of meditation can not be achieved without training, and learn meditation techniques impossible except through the regular exercises.

Although there are many forms of meditation, the most popular methods in the West come from the lifestyles of the ancient culture of Yoga and Zen. Each type of meditation is different in its aims and methods. Those that are represented here, are considered most suitable for reducing stress. They are easy to learn and they are most free from religious, religious and ecclesiastical colors. A set of these techniques sufficiently full and can fully satisfy the need for meditation, it can also be used as an introduction to other, more specific forms.

There are some basic rules you should follow, learning meditation.

First, you need to find a calm, devoid of both external and internal stimuli. It is important to have (especially in the learning process), a quiet room, separated from those who currently do not meditate. Pick up the handset from the telephone or at least, choose a room without a phone. In general, do everything possible to reduce external noise. If you can not quite get rid of noise, as it usually happens in the populous house, hostel, etc., use earplug. Put a plate or turn on a tape recording with a quiet instrumental music, or use any of the numerous commercially available recordings that simulate various natural noises. Even the steady hum of a fan or air conditioner can effectively muffle or mask external noise. You can also reduce or turn off the lights in the room. Now that you have made the environment more peaceful, the next important step should be to ensure the tranquility of your internal environment. One way is to reduce muscle tension, which is one of the most serious obstacles to successful meditation. Spend some time out to relax your muscles. One way to reduce muscle tension is to sit comfortably. Perhaps you do not feel myself actually meditator, if you sit down in the eastern lotus position (with legs crossed), but this posture requires considerable flexibility and some training. Now sit comfortably on the floor or better in a comfortable chair with a straight back, feet on the floor, his legs crossed, his hands rest on the hips, his hands half open, fingers are not coupled together. You must sit quietly, but remember that meditation - it's not trance. If you feel uncomfortable or too much tension somewhere - move. If you feel tingling, you can scratch this place. Do not take a rigid fixed position. Relax. In order not to fall asleep, it is better not to take a prone position and not to support the head. Keep the head, neck and back in one vertical line. To maintain such a posture to a slight muscle tension, sufficient at the same time in order not to fall asleep, and create the optimum position for learning meditation.

There are many types of meditation. Some of them turned to the internal forces, internal energy, self-consciousness. Others - to external objects, such as words, light or sound. Meditation - is a simple natural process. And although the methodology may be different, its essence remains the same. The basis of meditation includes passive concentration on some of the incentives, whether word, image, your own breathing or nothing at all. Such a stimulus acts as a means diverter, distracting thoughts from your head. However, the more you are focused on the stimulus, the harder it is to meditate. Although this statement seems paradoxical, it is nevertheless true due to the fact that meditation is a "passive activity". You must allow yourself passively interact with the stimulus, whatever it was. You must learn to passively focus on incentives. The art of passive concentration requires time for its development, so do not despair, if you will be hard during the first few weeks. Just keep doing.

INSTRUCTION

Now you are ready to receive this instruction. First, close your eyes. Notice occurred as a result of this relief. Most of the sensory information comes to us through vision. By simply closing the eyes, you can greatly calm your mind.

Now we will deal with the purification of the mind. Not all concerns, but from the fleeting thought that, by acting on the imagination, increases stress arousal. Concentrate on your breathing. Switch your attention to the troubled outside world to the calm and peaceful inner world.

Inhaling, think: "breath". Exhale. Think about it: "exhale". Inhale, exhale. Focus on your breathing. Think: "inhale, exhale. Inhale through your nose, and without any effort, let the air out through your mouth. Just open your mouth and let the air out. Not force exhalation. You are absorbed by the process of respiration. Concentrate on your breathing. Inhale, exhale. Now every time you inhale, feel inspired by you, cold air, and every time you breathe out, feel what it is warm and humid. Begin, please (pause for 60 seconds).
Application of the method "TIME"

Now we will change the concentration on the breath on the use of mantra. Mantra - is adjuvant, usually a word or phrase. This is just an aid, which contributes to the fact that your mind is not lost in their own fantasies. An example of the mantra, proposed by Herbert Benz in his book "The Relaxation Response" is the word "time" (p-a-h). This is an easy word, without a religious sense, has little value as calculated. Each time you exhale, chant to myself the word "time". Say: "time", "time". Tell me quietly: "time". Say the word, without moving his lips. Say even quieter, until it becomes just a thought (75 sec pause here).
The use of the "OM"

The word "time" is a model of the mantra. The method helps purification of the mind. With a concentration on the word that does not have meaning or emotional content, the nature of your brain starts to change. Reason comes in a quieter, more refined state of consciousness. Many people like to use the words of the ancient Sanskrit, feeling that they pronounce the melodic sounds with a spiritual content, which can also be used at a concentration. Universal mantra is the word "om" (letter by letter: o-meters), which also means "one". Each time you exhale, say the word "om" "om". Breathe calmly, as you breathe normally, but now concentrate on breathing. Repeat this mantra in mind. Just say it mentally. Do not move the lips. Just think about it. Do not concentrate on your breathing. Give mantra to repeat itself in your mind. Not to apply to this effort. Just let it be as "shimmering. Gradually, the mantra begins to fade in your mind. Reason becomes calm. From time to time, this calm can be violated fragmentary thoughts. Let them go. Feel them, then, by returning to the mantra, let them get away from your mind as quickly as they entered it. Let us now try to use the word "om" "om" (pause 75 sec). Remember the mantra - is a tool to help clearing the mind, when you can not do it yourself. Also, remember that you must reduce traffic to a minimum, but if you feel uncomfortable, move. If you're concerned about, which is now an hour, take a look at the clock. The feeling of discomfort or anxiety prevent you reach a state of complete relaxation.

ACCOUNT

The latest mantra is that you can adopt, if it turns out that your mind wander too, requires a slightly higher concentration in comparison with the three previous methods,

Exhale, bring back the expense of 10 to 1. Each time you exhale, say the one number. When you pronounce this number, try to submit it to the "inner eye". When you reach 1, count to 10, and then start all over again. Get started, please (pause here 3 min).

Astros and Meditation

The souls of most currently incarnated on Earth people immediately involved in many enterprises of the physical plane and the force of circumstances polarize my consciousness only in their lower selves, at best - at the level of vibrations of the astral or mental bodies. Astros medium level of human forms almost a whole with his physical body, because almost all of his physical activity based on its emotional and sensual motives.

The astral body is very closely connected with the intuitive level, and therefore during the meditation should be monitored with the Consciousness of the mental plane. Only after the polarization of consciousness due to intensive feasibility and Will, will be moved from the astral to the mental body, emotional body will be dispassionate and receptive to orders from higher conductor.

After reaching such a polarization and focusing of consciousness in this stable position - when Manipur and Anahata passive and motionless, - the center of consciousness becomes a point inside the head, one of the three main centers of the head, and what kind - is determined individually, depending on the Ray embodied soul . Then you can go ahead and continue his meditation on the beam.

Many beginners are in meditation in a negative state of their slender bodies, thereby exposing themselves to very serious danger. Instead, the negative attitude you have to make the scope of its Astral Eggs tuned to everything positive, and not only to what is perceived by the Soul of the Spirit through the causal body, but also to all his surroundings at the two lower planes.

This becomes possible only through the operating time of your ability to consciously control, where even in moments of the transfer of Consciousness in the higher vibration, the lower your body will clearly be monitored and tracked. Try to customize your Meditations mind in harmony with the Spirit, until the opportunity to observe how your soul leaves your body tight.

Watch as she literally "sprout" of you, hovering over you, flies past you. Watch for it and do not interfere. Just watch how your soul is involved in the process of meditation in all sorts of actions.

Once again, that is very dangerous without supervision of an experienced mentor, necessarily having specialized knowledge and clairvoyance, trying to control their thoughts on any of the two centers of the astral body.

This can lead to mental overexcitation, the depletion of the nervous system and, ultimately, possession. During meditation should not send the Fire of Kundalini in some specific parts of the body, because your ignorant of manipulation on the mental plane can lead to irreversible errors that have very dangerous consequences.

Remember: if you are evolutionarily grown to the point that start only literally crave their spiritual development, if you will move only the sincerity, compassion and altruism, if you bezpovorotno decided to take control of his astral body and to increase their mental capacity, then all necessary changes in the chakras will occur automatically and without any unpleasant sensations.

As the spiritual development of man more and more successfully destroy all the fetters of the destructive forces that bind it to the illusions of the material world. Moreover, all active and meaningful others are alive as human beings - such as the ability to consciously communicate with those who spread their creative activity mainly in the Matter of Spiritual and mental plane. However, this ability to engage in bilateral contact with the essence of the higher evolution in large measure also depends on how great the desire for such contacts is available to the man himself.

Again, I repeat, never resorted to artificial stimulation of its mental health centers, while preserving (to a certain age) is only a constant spiritual striving and desire the best possible way to fulfill its task of translating.

Disclosure centers - this is a very gradual process, running parallel with the creative work to clear the lower subtle bodies of gross vibrations and the slow development of the causality of consciousness. When the triangles are ways of the Force Trinity Fire of Kundalini, when the connection between the chakras and stabilize energy correctly and consistently moving from center to center, where its motion is in order, determined by the principal ray of an embodied soul, then work on the spiritual development of soul in this big cycle itself ends and quinary man comes to perfection.

Note that while the human consciousness is polarized only in the physical or astral bodies, he does not feel any desire to meditation, as one of the main conditions of the spiritual self-improvement. Even if the mental body is active, it is not a reason for initiating interest in the practice of meditation.

No inducement can not arise as long as man has not been through a lot of bad and good changes in their lives until they drank for many incarnations of his soul both cups - pleasure and suffering, yet measured the full depth of life, burn for the sake of satisfaction only his lower self, and remaining unsatisfied.

Only experienced all this, the soul begins to turn his thoughts to an entirely different things, seeking to ensure that no one knows, conscious, and feeling within himself a pair of opposites, and touching in his mind with such lofty possibilities and ideas, which she had never dreamed .

These states continue to as long as the inner thirst for knowledge will not be so strong that the desire to escape from the illusion the physical world and soar Consciousness in a completely different, more sublime worlds will be able to overcome any obstacles. Only then can a man his consciousness begins to turn inward and seek the Soul Source from which it came. And this is possible only through meditation.
